The interiors use a combination of bold, saturated colours paired with warm wooden laminates to create a distinctive yet tenant-friendly environment that stands out in the rental market. Storage units are treated as key visual elements, using colour blocking to add character while maintaining functional clarity. The kitchen reuses the existing stone countertop, complemented by a matching black backsplash to ensure long-term maintenance and stain resistance.
